  1. Damn this watch is nice I'm really liking it but I cannot purchase one myself at this time 😔

  2. I was considering getting the Chronograph instead of "just" the normal watch. But the dial looks a bit too crowded for my taste, plus I hate date windows at 4:30.
1750$ for a Valjoux chronograph is not that unseen though. E.g. the Mido Multifort Chronograph is barely more expensive than that.
Also, on the topic of accuracy – yea. The PRX is absolutely incredible there. Mine also is between -4 and 0 seconds (the non-chronograph version).

  3. I've lost the count on how many times I have watched this video just to see the watch on Teddy's wrist and convince myself that I can pull that off

  4. If this movt is like Hamilton's H-31, you can also change the date via the old fashioned method of going quickly between pre and post midnight times. I think it's 10pm-1am but it could be 8pm-12am I forget. The date pusher thing sticks on my Hamilton H-31 chrono and I tried that old trick and it worked ti advance the date.

  5. As a Tissot lover and collector(small, got 5 interesting models so far) I love this… Reliable, affordable, solid and desirable!

  6. Just bought the watch from Teddy. It’s a beautiful watch. It is massive though. Height and lug to lug. My wrist is 7 1/8-1/4” and this watch size is the limit for me. Other than the size, it’s a great watch. Tissot provides very very solid watches for the price.

  7. I really wish I could get over those sharp edges across the lugs, that reverse panda looks amazing

  8. Looks way to big on your wrist Teddy. Try it behind the wrist bone. And it will be even worse

  9. I tried this on last week at Zurich airport. The blue with white dials chrono felt a little too brash and chunky for my taste, especially since I already have a number of 43-45mm watches in my collection (Rolex Deepsea, Panerai Luminor, Breitling Chrono Avenger etc.). In the end I went for a blue dial PRX Powermatic, which seemed more simple, elegant and comfortable. Also saved myself about $1000. I would consider this chrono if it were all monochrome dial, like black with white numerals. Let’s see how the product line develops…

  10. Great review and just got mine. Did you notice the date pusher is slightly at an angle and sticks out a little on the bottom? Greatly appreciate your response!

  11. I can get the prx 80 green dial for 30% off. Just pulled the trigger! Can’t wait. Great watch

  12. WOW very interesting super kool ,1st class great info.,, AAAAAAAAAAA++++++++++++ again great video I liked it a lot ,keep up the great work.

  13. The design just doesn't do anything for me. It's big and clunky and the Tissot font is just meh. Sorry, Tissot, you lost me a long time back. Then again I'm gettin' old (real old!) I have an old Sicura with a Valjoux 7734 inside it's battered case and it beats any Tissot offering by a mile. (Well, apart from the Tissot worn by Herbert Lom in the 'Ladykillers')

  14. I've been waiting for this review for a while. Lovely pieces. Can't truly decide which one I like best!

  15. Bought mine today! He said that I was the first one in Sweden and one of the first in the world. With a 17cm wrist I was scared that it would be too big but I was pleasantly surprised of how well it fit my wrist. It is for sure a big watch but I think it works very well!

  16. Thank you for this nice review! This one is not for me, but I just bought a Chrono XL with green dial TODAY, changed the strap to Milanese and I'm sooo happy 😁

  17. I didn't care for the looks of the 40mm PRX waffle dial when I first saw it. Seemed to be missing something. It needed to be a chronograph and larger than 40mm.
I was recently looking at a Norqain chrono 43mm with the same movement. And although it is a nice watch, it was priced at $2500 more than this Tissot. I didn't think the Norqain's finishing and difference in case design, was that much better than the Tissot to justify spending 2.5k more.

  18. Not a big difference, but it’s actually 14.5mm Hamilton Intramatic is 14.4mm. The Tudor Black Bay is actually 14.8mm.
